Administrative Team
We take pride in the fact that your first impression coming into the office is friendly and welcoming. Our administrative staff takes the time to greet you with a warm smile as they are busy answering calls, verifying insurance, and checking out patients. They always make time as they juggle their everyday administrative duties.
Melissa and Jessica run the clinical practice along with the rest of our staff, they make your visit as pleasant and as informed as possible. If you ever have a concern you let one of them know and it will be handled in a professional and prompt manner.
Meet Jessica – Office Manager
“I started in the dental field because I had always wanted to work in healthcare. I specifically chose dentistry because when I had braces I really loved watching my teeth go from super crooked to super straight. After getting my braces off I felt so much more confident and really understood how much a new beautiful smile can change your life, and I wanted to help give others that same feeling. I’ve been working at Smile Solutions since 2009 years. My favorite part about working here is that my coworkers have become my family. Our office environment makes me enjoy coming to work every day and our awesome patients make it that much better. I love that I can go to work and enjoy my time while doing great dentistry and providing a service that I believe in.”
Meet Juan – Treatment Coordinator
“¡Hola a todos! My name is Juan, I was born in Mexico, and raised in little ol’ Delaware basically all my life. I’m fluent in Spanish and English. I’ve been in the field since 2015 and I just keep falling more and more in love with it, especially when you’re working side by side with great clinical staff! I’ve been a part of the Smile Solutions family since 2017 and I LOVE IT! Thank you Dr. Emmi for being a great dentist and a great person overall. Everyone is so caring and loving here – we’re one big dental family. I love taking care of all the patients we see and getting to know them on a personal level. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to work in a field where I can continue to grow and feel like I’m making a difference in someone’s life.”

Meet Briee – Front Desk Coordinator
“I’ve been working in the dental field since 2016, and I genuinely enjoy helping patients with everything from scheduling appointments to navigating insurance questions. I love getting to know each patient and their needs, which allows me to provide the best possible support during their visits. Since starting with Smile Solutions by Emmi Dental I truly feel like I have found my dental home. I get to work with the best doctors, staff and patients! When I’m not at the front desk, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my son Javier, cooking, and drawing/painting. I believe in work-life balance, and outside the office, I always make time to recharge and enjoy life.“
Meet Thalia – Front Desk Coordinator
I have been gaining experience in the medical and dental field since 2016, I’m passionate about making a difference in my patients’ lives by helping them achieve beautiful, confident smiles. I love working in dentistry because it allows me to blend my love for patient care with my desire to make people feel good about themselves. I’m dedicated to creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient I meet, making sure they leave with a smile that lasts. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and family and curling up with a good book!
Meet Liz – Front Desk Coordinator
I started in the dental field in 2016, I believe that a person’s smile is one of their most important features – it’s the first thing everyone notices. I love being part of the process that helps patients achieve a happy and healthy smile. The opportunity to meet and connect with a diverse range of patients is something I value deeply, knowing early on that a career in healthcare was the right path for me. Being fluent in Spanish, allows me to bridge communication gaps and provide exceptional care to a wider patient base. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog Oliver, working out, and hanging out with family and friends. I am also currently pursuing a nursing career, continuing to expand my expertise in the healthcare world.
